Studio Policies

PAYMENTS

The studio accepts credit cards and venmo. All orders require a 50% deposit up front. We charge MA Sales tax for customers in Massachusetts at 6.25% and remit to the State Massachusetts.

REFUNDS
As all work is made to order, refunds and exchanges are not accepted, all sales are final. Please note that variances in color, size (up to .25 in) and form during the manufacturing process of kiln-firing are not flaws, but are part of this art form. Our shop cannot be responsible for color variances caused by the settings of computer monitors or other viewing devices. Please allow for some variance.
